1. What Codi is
Codi connects independent venues in Lisbon with nearby customers via time-limited discount offers, redeemed in person or via direct booking with the venue.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Offers and redemptions
Offers are created and honoured by individual venues, not Codi. Codi is not responsible for a venue's failure to honour an offer, though we want to hear about it if that happens.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to redeem the same code more than once, share your account, or misuse the platform to defraud venues or other users.
5. Venue responsibilities
Venues must honour live offers as posted and keep their offer information accurate.
6. Liability
Codi provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for issues arising from a venue's goods, services, or premises.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
